1. What time are your presale and shop drops?
All drops are at 3:30p est unless otherwise stated on the post or in stories. You can find the calendar for design drops pinned at the top of my Instagram page. In hand shop drops are announced in stories, so make sure you have your notifications for me on (the bell icon on the top right corner of my Instagram profile.
2. Will there be in hands?
I never know if there will be in hands until the pins are home with me, I have QCd them, and have packed the orders for prebuyers. Most of the time there are some left, occasionally I've had none. The best way to ensure that you get the pin is by preordering it.
3. How long does shipping take for in stock items?
Orders can take anywhere between 10-14 days to ship out, though I do strive to get it out sooner.
4. Can I get a refund on a presale?
There are no refunds on presale items. All funds gathered from the presale goes into the production cost of the item.
5. How long is a pin in production?
Pin production varies greatly on the size and detail of each design. Most pins can take up to 6 months to complete, but designs like my Deity series (6in PoPs with great detailing) can take 9-12 months to complete.
6. Are your presales LE or Open Preorder?
It varies on design, but it will be stated prior to the drop
7. Can I change what variant I ordered after ordering? Once it's in hand?
If the design isn't in production yet, I can very easily change the variant in your order, but once the design is in production, I can't change anything as to ensure that everyone else who preordered gets the version that they chose. Once preorders are filled, and if I have leftovers, I can then switch it to the variant you want if you still decide that's what you want.
8. Where can I find production updates?
Updates can be found on a seperate IG account @distracting_updates or by Google Sheet (link in bio on IG)
9. Can you combine shipping?
I will try and combine when I can, but it is not a guarantee.
