Policies, Presales & Returns

General Policies:

1. Hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm est. I may post on social media after hours, but that doesn't mean I am available for customer service.

2. I will not tolerate aggression, rudeness or threats. If I feel any of these are at play, you will be removed from all media outlets and banned from the shop. 

3. Please separate in hand orders from preorders. Not doing so will result in your order being refunded. 

4. Any issues with an order, please contact distractionshelpdesk@gmail.com or open a help ticket in the discord server.

5. If there is an issue, please don't reach out on more than one platform, things get confusing easily that way. 

6. If I do not reply to you immediately, please keep in mind that though this is my full-time job, I have other things within the day to take care of and may not be available right away. Please know, I will answer you as soon as I can.

Presales:

Presales will be open for a max of 2 weeks, if it does not make production cost by that time, everyone who bought in, will be refunded.

Purchasing a presale comes with its benefits as a thank you for supporting the design as well as the wait ahead:

1. It guarantees you the item.

2. You get it at a discounted price

3. You get the item prior to everyone else.

Presale items, once production starts, can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months to get the art proof as close to the art as possible. Manufacturing the item can than take anywhere between 6-12 months depending on many factors such as: the speed of the manufacturer, the size and complexity of the design, manufacturer holidays and/or any issues that may arise at the factory. 

When you buy into a presale you are agreeing to help fund the production of the product, therefore there is a no refund policy on presale items. Please remember that some designs can take up to a year to complete, if you don't feel you can wait that long, please wait until the possibility of them being in hand (there is no guarantee there will be in hands on any items).

Please note:

*Due to discrepancies in the product pictures and your viewing monitor, the color of the actual product may vary slightly.

*Effects of the design may change depending on the look of the completed sample of the product.

 

Shipping:

Shipping costs will vary by Country. All buyers outside of the US are responsible for any duties/import fees, which may include VAT fees for EU/UK. With each purchase, you agree to any fees once the product arrives to you. 

Products will be shipped through USPS and tracking will be provided with your order via e-mail. If an address change is necessary, please contact me at distractionshelpdesk@gmail.com or open a help ticket in the Discord server and leave your order number/s, as well as the address to ship it to, you will be sent a screenshot of the adjusted address for you to confirm. When I receive the products in hand, I will post an Instagram story requesting address changes. If I am not contacted about an address change 72 hours after the story is posted, I will send the package to the original address and will not be responsible for replacing the package.

Once the package has been scanned by the postal service, it is out of my control and relinquish any responsibility for replacements on lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS as there is unfortunately nothing I can do on my end.

If a pin is returned to me by the post (return to sender) you will be refunded the order and the pins put back in the shop. 

 

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges:

Presales are nonrefundable... If you try and go against this rule and file a claim or chargeback, you will be removed from all my media outlets and no longer allowed to purchase from my store. Returns for in hand orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed. If a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return postage as well as the postage for the replacement. 

B and C grade pins cannot be returned due to flaws.

Exchanges are limited to item availability.
